The Man Behind Grace
Jiten Oza's real estate career began in 2009, when he entered the industry with a clear commitment to guide buyers transparently and help them make confident property decisions. Over the following years, he developed an unparalleled understanding of the Mumbai market — studying buyer behaviour, evaluating hundreds of projects, and serving more than 400 families through one of the most important investments of their lives.
In 2021, with this depth of market knowledge, he made the decisive move from advisor to developer. The founding of Grace Developers was a natural evolution — bringing together his years of insight with a genuine desire to build better.
