Leadership
Jiten Oza is a seasoned professional whose real estate journey since 2009. Armed with deep market insight and a consultant's sharp eye for value, he brings an unusual clarity to every development decision.
As Founder, Director and CMD of Grace Developers, he is hands-on across the entire project lifecycle — from land acquisition and design brief through construction management, sales, and final handover. His goal is simple: to build homes that don't just meet expectations, but raise them.

The Man Behind Grace
Jiten Oza's real estate career began in 2004 when he joined the industry as a consultant. Over the following 17 years, he developed an unparalleled understanding of the Mumbai market — studying buyer behaviour, evaluating hundreds of projects, and advising families on the most important investment of their lives.
In 2021, armed with this depth of market knowledge, Jiten made the decisive move from advisor to developer. The founding of Grace Developers was a natural evolution — bringing together his two decades of insights with a genuine desire to build better.
